To report problems concerning Stockholm’s streets, public squares and parks you can call the City of Stockholm’s operations centre which is located in the premises of Trafik Stockholm. The Operations centre deals with the municipality’s refuse collection and ensures that the street lighting, lifts and escalators are in working order.
Around the clock, seven days a week the centre receives and forwards alarms and calls relating to roads, public squares and public spaces in the municipality of Stockholm. Each year over 120,000 calls are registered and dealt with.
