Through several internal and external channels Trafik Stockholm receives information pertaining to traffic disruptions. The information is analysed and dispatched to the road users, and additionally forms the basis of data for deciding on the measures to take.

Operation and maintenance of the technical system for complex installations The advanced technical system aids the traffic controller in overseeing, analysing and controlling the traffic in the city, tunnels and on the main routes. With the help of the advanced technology, Trafik Stockholm also has control over technical systems and technical equipment along the road and in the tunnels.

The Operations centre looks after Stockholm’s outdoor environmentThe Operations centre handles calls reporting anything wrong on the streets, public squares or parks of Stockholm city. This can concern such things as refuse collection, street lights, damage to roads and streets or lifts and escalators.
