Trafik Stockholm is the Swedish Road Administration and City of
Stockholm’s joint traffic management centre that collects, processes
and provides information about the current traffic situation in
Stockholm County and Gotland. It also handles calls reporting
anything wrong on Stockholm city streets, public squares or parks.
Trafik Stockholm’s task is to facilitate the traffic flow in
Stockholm and thereby contribute to road user satisfaction, better
safety and fewer emissions.
Powerful technology and sophisticated information systems are used
to help us in this task. We also have an extensive contact network,
and work in close cooperation with the police and emergency rescue
services.
The objective of our operations is to ensure efficient journeys for
road users in Stockholm County and Gotland and to provide an
attractive and safe outdoor environment in Stockholm.
